Yes. In our kids’ classes, we divide the mats by age and skill level to ensure appropriate instruction. For adults, we offer separate class options for Fundamentals and All Levels.

Safety is our top priority. In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we teach proper technique and emphasize control over strength, which helps minimize the risk of injury. Beginners start by learning how to move, fall, and protect themselves before any live training. Classes are always supervised by experienced instructors who pair students appropriately by size, age, and skill level. Like any physical activity, there’s always some risk, but we do everything possible to create a safe, supportive environment so you can train with confidence.

Baby Jitsu (Ages 3–4)

Our youngest students are introduced to Jiu Jitsu through fun, movement-based games that develop coordination, balance, and listening skills. The focus is on building confidence and enjoying physical activity in a safe, playful environment.

Little Ones (Ages 5–6)

This class blends basic Jiu Jitsu movements with age-appropriate drills that encourage focus, discipline, and teamwork. Students begin to practice simple techniques while continuing to build coordination and body awareness.

Kids (Ages 7–12)

Children in this age group learn core Jiu Jitsu techniques such as positional control, escapes, and beginner submissions, along with the values of respect, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Training is structured to develop both skill and character in a positive setting.

Adult Fundamentals

Our Fundamentals class focuses on building a strong foundation in Jiu Jitsu. Students learn essential skills such as posture, basic rolls, and introductory takedowns—all crucial for safety and injury prevention. Emphasis is placed on practicing safe ways to fall and roll before moving on to more advanced techniques.

Adult All Levels

Designed for students of every experience level, this class begins with a structured warm-up that often includes rolls and takedown practice. Instruction covers both fundamental and advanced techniques, followed by live sparring, where students can apply what they’ve learned in a practical setting.

Women’s Only

This women-only class combines Jiu Jitsu with strength and cardio training for a complete workout. Participants practice practical self-defense techniques in a supportive, welcoming environment that promotes confidence, skill development, and fitness.
